Why Not Ban The College Degree Box?

Many capable workers are screened out of consideration for jobs they could do just because they lack college credentials. While one approach would be to ban employers from asking about college degrees, a better one would be to free them from the fear of lawsuits if they use tests to screen for applicants who have the desired knowledge and abilities.
