CFPB Court Ruling Is A Victory for Individual Liberty

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit yesterday ruled that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau “is unconstitutionally structured,” and required that it be subject to the supervision of the president, like other executive branch agencies. The ruling is a victory for individual liberty, accountability and the rule of law.
