The Americans With Disabilities Act Strikes Again

The Department of Justice has gone after the University of California - Berkeley for violating the Americans with Disabilities Act because some of its free online courses don't seem to perfectly accommodate students who have a hearing or sight disability. The result will be a loss of these learning opportunities for all students.
